Support After Graduation
Our careers support doesn’t end when students complete their programme. Our graduates remain an important part of our creative community, and we are committed to supporting them, as they establish and grow their career beyond the GSA.
Our graduates can continue to access one‑to‑one careers service support for up to one year, to help them navigate their next steps. We also look forward to welcoming them to the GSA’s Creative Network, our Working Space programme of creative industry talks, SHIFT training and events delivered throughout the year designed to support early‑career development.

Graduate outcomes
The Glasgow School of Art is ranked 3rd in the UK and 8th in the world in the QS World University Subject Rankings 2026, reflecting the global reputation of our creative education. As one of the few remaining independent art schools in the UK, we have a proven history of producing some of the world’s most influential and successful artists, designers and architects. 86% of our graduates are in employment or further study within 15 months of graduation.
Our graduates are encouraged to complete the Graduate Outcomes survey, the UK’s national survey of graduate destinations. By sharing feedback, they help us understand the diverse career paths and experiences of GSA graduates. Graduate data also helps us ensure that our programmes remain responsive, inclusive and future‑focused, and to continuously enhance the GSA Careers Service and improve the experience of future students and graduates.
